This bachelor thesis develops a business plan for a value-based online community for amputee patients at Rehaklinik Bellikon. The platform aims to support continuous, patient-centred care from diagnosis or amputation through rehabilitation and return to daily life. Based on qualitative interviews and an Innosuisse business plan template, the project outlines financing, implementation, risk analysis, and expected benefits, including improved patient satisfaction, independence, and cost-efficient care.
