CAS-HSG: Value in Healthcare
Gain the knowledge and practical skills to lead the transformation towards patient-centred, value-based healthcare. This interdisciplinary programme equips healthcare professionals and leaders with the tools to improve outcomes, optimise resource use, and drive sustainable change across the health system.
The programme provides a comprehensive introduction to the principles and practical implementation of Value in Healthcare. Participants explore healthcare systems, financing models, quality measurement and reporting, care planning and management, health economic evaluation, digital health, artificial intelligence, ethics, and sustainability. Throughout the programme, theory is combined with practical case studies and a final project, enabling participants to apply value-based approaches to real-world challenges in their own organisations.
