CAS-FHNW: Performance Management in Healthcare
Develop the knowledge and leadership skills to improve quality, efficiency, and innovation in healthcare organisations. This practice-oriented programme equips participants to use data-driven performance management to create sustainable value for patients and healthcare systems.
The programme provides a comprehensive understanding of modern performance management in healthcare. Participants learn how to analyse clinical and financial data, develop meaningful KPIs and dashboards, and implement strategies that improve quality, efficiency, and patient-centred care. Topics include performance measurement, Value-Based Healthcare, quality management, innovation management, change management, and organisational leadership. Through case studies, hospital visits, and interdisciplinary exchange with experts from healthcare and management, participants gain practical skills to lead performance improvement initiatives in their own organisations.
