Partner Event: Symposium on Integrated Care Transformation – June 11, 2025 in Bern

We are pleased to promote an important event by one of our partner organisations, focusing on the transformative journey toward integrated care.

Integrated care means working across sectors to meet the complex needs of individuals. It requires collaboration between professionals, involvement of patients and families, and smart use of digital tools and data.

The event will take place on Wednesday, 11 June 2025 at the Eventforum in Bern, featuring morning warm-up sessions, keynote inputs, and interactive afternoon workshops.
