In this Lunch & Learn session, Marie Méan presents Project LUCID (Low-Value Care in Hospitalized Patients), a nationally coordinated Swiss research and infrastructure initiative aimed at reducing medically low-value care in hospitals.

Project LUCID builds a national data stream using routinely collected clinical data to identify, measure, and monitor treatments and interventions that provide little or no benefit to patients. By creating a shared data infrastructure across Swiss hospitals, the project supports evidence-based quality improvement and more efficient use of healthcare resources.
