Lunch & Learn March 2026 with Thomas Kelly, Sprink Ldt., UK

Moving beyond PROMs: developing technology to truly personalise how we measure quality and effectiveness at scale.

Wednesday, March 4, 2026
12:15–1:00 pm CET

In this Lunch & Learn session, Dr Thomas Kelley, CEO of Sprink (UK), explores how we can move beyond traditional PROMs to measure quality and effectiveness in a more personalised and scalable way.

Drawing on his background as a physician, health system advisor, and former senior leader at ICHOM, Thomas Kelley discusses how technology, data, and outcomes science can be combined to better capture what truly matters to patients. The session highlights how innovative digital solutions can enable more meaningful, individualised outcome measurement at scale, while remaining relevant for clinical practice and health system improvement.

Thomas Kelley brings extensive international experience to the topic. He previously served as National Clinical Advisor on Value-Based Health Care (VBHC) for the Welsh Government and held multiple leadership roles at the International Consortium for Health Outcomes Measurement (ICHOM), where he was responsible for strategic partnerships and operations across Europe and the United States.

This session is relevant for anyone interested in outcomes measurement, quality improvement, value-based healthcare, and patient-centred care.
