In this Lunch & Learn session, members of the VBHC Suisse Patient Advisory Board (PAB) share their perspectives on how patient voices can be meaningfully integrated into Value-Based Healthcare (VBHC) projects.
The session explores practical ways of moving beyond consultation towards true co-creation — highlighting how patient engagement can strengthen project design, improve relevance, and ultimately lead to better outcomes for patients.
Drawing on their experience within the PAB, the speakers will reflect on what meaningful involvement looks like from a patient perspective, where common challenges lie, and how organisations can create structures that enable sustained collaboration.
